Gravity Brewing is a unique brewery nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Louisville. Founded by registered professional engineers and brewing industry experts, the brewery combines scientific precision with traditional craftsmanship to produce high-quality, full-flavored ales and lagers. The tasting room offers a relaxed ambiance where visitors can sample award-winning beers alongside wood-fired pizzas from Double D’s Sourdough Pizzeria. John Frazee, one of the founders, turned his passion for craft beer into a business after studying engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. The brewery is open Monday through Thursday from 3-9pm, Friday from 3-10pm, Saturday from 12-10pm, and Sunday from 12-7pm.
